I saw a fanart of Chiyo Sakura from the anime Gekkan Shoujo Nosaki-kun (Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun), and I immediately thought that she looked like an anime Blossom. 
SERIOUSLY! Go search Google images of her!! It's so uncanny!! 
Hence, I drew this. 
Side note; Chiyo is extremely cute!!
I wanna check out the anime! 
I tried to make a pretty polka dot white and magenta background. I think it looks good :3
Time taken: 6+ hours (Yes, this is the normal amount of time I spend on a piece 
)
